Terms of Service

1. The service

GenView lets you upload panoramic images, create interactive virtual tours, and share or embed them. By creating an account you agree to these terms.

2. Your content

You keep ownership of everything you upload. You grant us a limited licence to store, process and display your content solely to operate the service, including serving it to people you share tours with. You are responsible for having the rights to everything you upload and for the content you share.

3. Acceptable use

Do not upload unlawful, infringing, or harmful content; do not capture people in private spaces without consent; do not attempt to disrupt, scrape, or gain unauthorised access to the service; and do not use the service to distribute malware or phishing.

4. Accounts

Keep your password confidential. You are responsible for activity on your account. You can delete your account at any time from the console, which permanently removes your tours and images.

5. Availability and changes

The service is provided “as is” without warranties. We may modify or discontinue features, and may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these terms.

6. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for loss of data or profits arising from use of the service.
